Automatically sending Wellness Check-ins to your clients

  1. Go to Communication, then Wellness Check-ins
  2. Optionally, enter a Subject and adjust the When to send? setting
  3. Optionally, click Add Promo (or Edit Promo) to automatically include a promo code in check-ins
  4. Optionally, click Edit Design to customize the look and feel of check-ins
  5. When done, toggle the tool On, in the top right corner
  6. Click Save in the bottom right corner

Notes

  • Wellness Check-ins are emailed once per day
  • Check-ins are sent to clients who reach the timeframe in the future
  • Check-ins aren't sent to clients who have already reached the timeframe in the past
  • If the client doesn't book an appointment, a reminder will be sent after two weeks
  • If the client doesn't book after the reminder, their name will be added to your Wellness Check-Ins report
