- Go to Communication, then Wellness Check-ins
- Optionally, enter a Subject and adjust the When to send? setting
- Optionally, click Add Promo (or Edit Promo) to automatically include a promo code in check-ins
- Optionally, click Edit Design to customize the look and feel of check-ins
- When done, toggle the tool On, in the top right corner
- Click Save in the bottom right corner
Notes
- Wellness Check-ins are emailed once per day
- Check-ins are sent to clients who reach the timeframe in the future
- Check-ins aren't sent to clients who have already reached the timeframe in the past
- If the client doesn't book an appointment, a reminder will be sent after two weeks
- If the client doesn't book after the reminder, their name will be added to your Wellness Check-Ins report
