How to block a client from booking online in ClinicSense

If you have a client who frequently cancels, no-shows or you want to block them from booking online, you can use the No-Show Guard™ feature to restrict their booking privileges.

Here’s how to block a client from booking:

  1. Navigate to the Clients page
  2. Search for and select the client in question
  3. Click on the More Options button
  4. Select No-Show Guard™
  5. The window below will open. Select Do not allow this client to book online.

Additional No-Show Guard™ Options

Have a client that no-shows too often?

  • Select Require this client to enter a credit card number
  • This will prompt the client to provide a valid credit card before they can complete their booking
  • You can then charge their card in the case of a no-show

 

Have a client that always cancels last-minute?

  • Select Require this client to prepay for their appointments
  • This will prompt the client to prepay before they can complete their booking, protecting you from a late cancellation
