How to delete a client

If you would like to delete a client from your clients page, follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the Clients page
  2. Find the client who will be deleted

  3. Go to More Options
  4. Select Remove Client

After following the steps above, you will be prompted to a confirmation screen. You will need to type the word "DELETE" in order to complete the process.

Note: You won't be able to delete/remove a client if there is an outstanding balance remaining in the account.
