How and when can I contact the ClinicSense Support Team?

Email support

  • Available 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Our average first response time is 15 minutes.
  • Click here to submit a support ticket (please enter the email address you use to login to ClinicSense under Your Email Address).

Chat support

Chat support is available to customers on the Premium plan. Chat is available:

  • Mondays: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Tuesdays: 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM; and 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM
  • Wednesdays: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM; and 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM
  • Thursdays & Fridays: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

To chat with our support team:

  1. Login to ClinicSense
  2. In the upper right corner, click the Help? button
  3. In the lower right corner, click the Chat with Support 💬 button

Phone support

  • Phone support is available on an as-required basis, when issues can't be resolved via email.
  • To request a phone call, please submit a support request ticket. Please include a detailed description of the issue, so we can best assess the request. If the issue requires a phone call to resolve, we'll reply to schedule a call.
