Email support

  • Please use the email address associated with your ClinicSense account
  • Email support is available 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (ET)
  • Email support is available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Our average first response time is 15 minutes (during business hours)

Chat support

  1. Using a Premium account, log in to ClinicSense
  2. In the upper right corner, click the Help? button
  3. In the lower right corner, click the Chat with Support 💬 button

Chat support hours are generally:

  • 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (ET)
  • Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Hours and accessibility will vary, depending on availability

Phone support

  • Phone support is available on an as-required basis, when issues can't be resolved via email
  • To schedule a phone call, please submit a support request ticket
  • Please include a detailed description of the issue, so we can best assess the request
  • If the issue requires a phone call to resolve, we'll reply to schedule one
