- Go to Clients, then select the client
- Go to their Appointments & Soap Notes tab, then click the appointment's Date
- Go to the Invoice, then change the fee's Unit Price to "$0.00"
- When done, click either Save or Save & Close

- Your cancellation policy is determined by your Scheduling settings
- If the client has already paid the fee, you can issue a refund, instead
