To remove the cancellation fee follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Clients page. 

2. Select the client and go to the Appointments & Soap Notes tab
   
   
   
   
3. Find the cancelled appointment on the list and click the View next to it
   
   
   
   
4.  Go to Invoice
   
   
   
   
5. Change the Unit Price to $0.00 and then click Save
