The best way to track any gift cards sold prior to using ClinicSense is to add them into ClinicSense as follows:

Note: If you have many gift certificates, please email support@clinicsense.com and we can look into importing your gift certificates into your account for you.

1. Go to Sell > Gift Certificates
2. Click on the New Gift Certificates button at the top right
   
   
   
   
3. Input the To, From and Message information that was used in the original gift certificate (each field is optional)
4. If the gift certificate you sold before using ClinicSense has a certificate # make sure you enter that same number when creating the gift certificate in ClinicSense
5. Input the amount or select the service associated with the gift certificate
   
   
   
   
6. Choose the same payment method that was used when the gift certificate was originally purchased
7. Select the original payment date (not today's date)
   
   
   
   
8. Click Save & Pay
