When you connect your Square merchant account, you will be able to ask clients to pay their invoice via email. Below are instructions on how to do so:
- Open the appointment that you would like to send an invoice for
- Switch to the Invoice tab on the left
- Click on Email at the top right
- From the popup, select Yes, ask client to pay
- Your client will receive an email that will include a button to View & pay invoice
- Once they click on the button, they will be taken to a page prompting them to Pay this invoice
- Once their card information has been input, they will be able to click on the Pay button
