How to ask clients to pay their invoice online

When you connect your Square merchant account, you will be able to ask clients to pay their invoice via email. Below are instructions on how to do so:

  1. Open the appointment that you would like to send an invoice for

  2. Switch to the Invoice tab on the left

  3. Click on Email at the top right

  4. From the popup, select Yes, ask client to pay

  5. Your client will receive an email that will include a button to View & pay invoice

  6. Once they click on the button, they will be taken to a page prompting them to Pay this invoice

  7. Once their card information has been input, they will be able to click on the Pay button
