Client names, email address, phone number, address, etc.
We've imported clients from dozens of other programs. Typically it's very straightforward so we provide this service for free with a 1 business day turnaround time. We've had a 99% success rate with importing clients into ClinicSense.
Appointments
The complexity of this depends on the file that your old system provides you. The easiest thing to do is send us the file and our support team will see if we can import the file as-is or if we'll need to format it for import. 90% of the time we've been able to import appointments.
SOAP notes
This depends on how clean the file your old system has provided you is. If what they've sent you is nicely organized, we can likely import your SOAP notes into ClinicSense. Unfortunately, we've found that isn't always the case. Send us what you have and we'll be happy to let you know what we can do with what they gave you. We have about a 57% success rate on SOAP note imports.
Is there a cost for importing?
- Importing of client names, email address, phone number, address, etc. is free
- For appointments and SOAP notes there is usually some manual cleanup of the file that your previous software program provided you. We clean up the file at a flat fee of $75 or it's free if you're subscribed to an annual plan
