To cancel an appointment:
- Go to your Calendar page
- Click on the appointment you’d like to cancel
- Click Cancel Appointment
- Then, you have a few options:
- Choose if there is a cancellation fee (if you don't give the appointment a cancellation fee, you'll be given the option to forgive the cancellation, meaning that it won't be recorded in the client's treatment history).
- Optionally record the reason for cancellation
- Choose if you'd like to email the client a notification of the cancellation. If you do, you'll be given the opportunity to add your own custom message to the email.
- Click Confirm cancellation
