Add a credit to a client's account:
- Go to the Clients page
- Find the client who is buying credit
- Click the gear icon (towards the top right), then Make a Payment
- In the "Apply credit on account" field, enter the payment amount
- Select the payment method and click pay
Redeem account credit:
- Go to your Calendar
- Click on the appointment that you would like to discount
- Once the appointment is open, click on Invoice (in the left menu)
- Click the blue Add Payment button
- Enter the payment amount
- Select Account Credit as the payment method (the amount of available account credit is displayed here)
- Click Pay
