How to email clients a notice of a cancelled appointment

  1. Open the appointment
  2. On the Schedule tab, click the Cancel Appointment button

  3. Check the Email client confirmation of cancellation box

  4. Optionally, enter a message to the client in the "Would you like to include a message to the client?" box
  5. Click Confirm Cancellation

Note: If a client cancels their own appointment online, they're receive a cancellation notification automatically and immediately.
