To send an invoice/receipt to your client:
- Go to your Calendar
- Click on the appointment that has the invoice that you’d like to send
- Once the appointment is open, click on Invoice (in the left menu)
- In the bottom right corner of the invoice you will see options to print or email the invoice
- If you are subscribed to the Grow or Pro plan, you'll also have the option to ask the client to pay their outstanding balance online
If you select the email option, the invoice/receipt will be sent to the email address on the client’s file.
