Recall emails are great for preventing lost customers. Sometimes you have someone come in for an appointment, and then months go by and you don’t hear from them again. The most common reason that people don’t book another appointment? They just weren’t thinking about it.
ClinicSense will automatically send your clients an email if they haven’t been in for an appointment for several months and ask them if they’d like to book again. We send them 2 emails, sent 2 weeks apart.
You can choose how much time has to pass before we send that email (or choose to not send it at all) by visiting Setup > Client Email Settings, and then selecting the Recalls tab.
