Sometimes clients forget to fill out forms. When that happens, ClinicSense makes it easy to fill out forms in office. This guide explains how.
Note: Generally, you won't need to manually send forms. Intake forms are usually sent automatically. However, it's sometimes useful to have a manual option.

This video demonstrates how to fill out forms with a client in-office.
Generating new forms
To fill out a form in the office:
- Go to the Clients page
- Search for and select the client in question
- Click their Forms tab
- Click the New Form button
- Select the forms to fill out
- If you'd like the client to fill out forms...
- ...on their own device, click Email Forms and ask them to check for a link in their inbox
- ...on your own device, click Fill Out Now and follow the steps in the Fill Out Now section, below

To fill out forms on your own device:
- Follow steps 1 though 6 in the Generating new forms section, above
- Select a Who is filling out the form? option
- Either complete the form, or hand your device to the client to fill out the form
