With our Standard and Premium plans, you can make full use of the Google Review Booster™, an automated email campaign that is sent to clients after an appointment with the aim of encouraging them to leave a positive Google review.
Within the email, your client will be presented to rate their experience with your practice on a scale from 1 - 10 and will be encouraged to leave a review through Google!
How the ratings work:
- 1 - 6 = Poor
- 7 - 8 = Good
- 9 - 10 = Very good
All of your clients will have an opportunity to leave a review with Google as there is a link at the bottom of the page taking them directly to your Google Business page to leave a review.
Very good ratings:
When they leave a 9 - 10 rating, they will be directed to leave feedback directly on your business's Google profile.
Other ratings:
If they leave a 1 - 8 rating, they will have an opportunity to leave you feedback directly as well as have an opportunity to leave a review on Google.
When the Google Reviews Booster™ campaign is enabled, clients will be emailed 1 day after their appointment asking them to leave a review. If they have been emailed in the last 30 days, they will not be sent an email.
