How to view your client feedback

Once you receive feedback from your clients, you can review it here:

  1. Select Communication from the top menu
  2. On the left, click Feedback

Note: Feedback is different than Google reviews. Feedback is visible only to you, inside ClinicSense. You can see your Google reviews on your Google profile page.

Sorting your reviews

You can narrow down your feedback using the filters at the top. These allow you to search reviews by:

  • Date Range
  • Rating

Clients

Clicking on the name of the client will open up their client file.

Colors

  • Green → Indicates a rating between 9-10
  • Yellow → Indicates a rating between 7-8
  • Red → Indicates a rating between 1-6
