How to create treatment note templates in ClinicSense

  1. Go to Setup, then Treatment Note Builder
  2. Click the Add New button, at the bottom left
  3. Customize the first question, then click Save
  4. Click + Add Question, at the bottom center
  5. After adding all questions, click Save Template

Note: You can add, remove, and rename the template's tabs at the top center for the builder.
