- Log in to your Square account
- Go to Customer Directory, then click Export Customers
- Select All Customers, then click Export
- When the report is complete, click the Download button and save the file to your device
- Go back to your Square dashboard, the click the Appointments icon
- On the Appointments page, click Settings, then History
- On the History page, click the Export button, then save the file to your device
- From the email address associated with your account, send the files to support@clincsense.com, as an attachment
- Generally, it takes 1 business day to complete the import

- Clients list imports are free-of-charge
- For annual subscribers, all other imports are also free
