Exporting your clients from Schedulicity
To export your client list from Schedulicity, first log into your Schedulicity account, then navigate to the "My Business" page and click on Settings. From there you will have the option to export your client list in an Excel document.
From the email address associated with your ClinicSense account, send the downloaded file to support@clinicsense.com, as an attachment. Generally, we're able to complete the import in one business day.
Exporting your Schedulicity appointments
To export your appointments, navigate to the My Business page and click on Reports. From the settings panel, select Schedule by Provider/Instructor. This will bring up the exporter for you to choose the staff and date range.
Appointment data can only be exported one practitioner at a time, so after exporting each practitioner's appointments you’ll need to compress each file into a single zip file. If there is only one file, you may skip the compression step. To compress a file, create a new folder and move all of your staff's appointment file into the folder. Right-click the folder and select Compress or(zipped) folder. A new compressed folder with the same name will be created in the same location.
