Previously, practices could connect their Stripe accounts to ClinicSense. While that feature is no longer available, practices with existing Stripe connections were able to stay connected. The following instructions will help practices upgrade to Square.
Switching to Square
- Click on Setup (in the top right corner)
- Click on Payment Settings
- Click on the Switch to using Square button
- A small window will open, click the Proceed button
- You will be prompted to sign in to your Square account. If you don’t have a Square account, click on Sign Up
- Square will prompt you to allow ClinicSense access, click Allow
- If you have multiple locations on your Square account, you will be asked to select a location
- Your Square account is now connected
