Importing Vagaro information and data into ClinicSense

  1. Log in to your Vagaro account
  2. Go to Reports, then Customers, then Advanced Filters
  3. Choose the appropriate employees, then Run Report
  4. Export the list as a CSV file, then save it to your device
  5. Optional: Because Vagaro doesn’t have a calendar export feature, you want to contact Vagaro support to request your appointments list as a CSV file
  6. From the email address associated with your account, send the files to support@clincsense.com, as an attachment
  7. Generally, it takes 1 business day to complete the import

  • Clients list imports are free-of-charge
  • For annual subscribers, all other imports are also free
  • For monthly subscribers, please email support@clincsense.com for import pricing
