Exporting your clients from Vagaro
While logged into your Vagaro account go to Reports > Customers > Advanced Filters > (choose the employees you wish to run the report for) > Run Report. When exporting your list, it should be in a CSV or Excel format to be imported into ClinicSense.
From the email address associated with your ClinicSense account, send the downloaded file to support@clinicsense.com, as an attachment. Generally, we're able to complete the import in one business day.
Exporting your Vagaro calendar
Vagaro doesn’t have a calendar export feature so if you would like a record of your client’s appointments this will need to be completed manually or please contact Vagaro and ask them for an export of your appointments in CSV format.
