Exporting your clients from Acuity
While logged into your Acuity account, go to Appointments > Import/Export and click on the Export Client list button. When exporting your list, it should be in a CSV format to be imported into ClinicSense.
From the email address associated with your ClinicSense account, send the downloaded file to support@clinicsense.com, as an attachment. Generally, we're able to complete the import in one business day.
