- Go to Reports, then Reminders
- Appointments on the list won't receive reminders from ClinicSense
- Optionally, click Remove to indicate you've separately sent a reminder
- Optionally, click Download CSV or Download PDF to export the data
Notes
- Clients will appear on this report if they don't have an Email Address and have selected Email as their Reminder Preference
- Clients will also appear on this report if they don't have a Mobile Phone and have selected Text message as their Reminder Preference
- To help prevent clients appearing on this report, edit their client files to update their Email Address, Mobile Phone, and Reminder Preference fields
