The Win-Back Report identifies clients who either:
- Haven't responded to your Win-Back Campaigns
- Don't have an email address in their client file (preventing the Win-Back Campaigns from being sent)
It aids in client re-engagement to help fill appointment slots and retain them effectively.
Usage Guide
To view the Reminders report:
Data
The Win-Back Report will present you with key client details like a client's latest appointment and contact information. This will help ensure that you follow-up with anyone that the Win-Back Campaign couldn't.
- Latest Appointment: Date of the last appointment
- Client: Client's name
- Home Phone: Client's home phone number (if available)
- Mobile Phone: Client's mobile phone number (if available)
Removing Entry
The Remove button help you track which clients no longer need to be followed-up with. After you manually reach out to a client, you can click the Remove button to take them off the list.
Exporting Instructions
You can export your Win-Back Report into a PDF by:
- From the Win-Back Report page, click the Download PDF button at the top right
- If directed to a preview, select the download icon to save the file locally
To export as a CSV:
- From the Win-Back Report page, click the Download CSV button at the top right
- The file will automatically be saved to your computer
