Review Scheduling Settings
- Go to Setup, and select Scheduling Settings
- On this page, you can turn online scheduling on or off
- You can also choose if you’d like a message to be displayed to clients before they book online
Review Your Cancellation Policy
- Click the Cancellation Policy tab
- Select how much notice a client must give in order to cancel their appointment with no fee
- Indicate if you have a no-show or late cancellation fee
Review Scheduling Rules
- Click the Scheduling Rules tab
- Customize your scheduling rules to you liking
Note: Skip the No-Show Guard Tab for now, we’ll come back to it later.
