At this time, the ClinicSense mobile app does not include SOAP notes. If you're in a bind and only have access to a phone to create your notes, you can open the browser on your phone and access the full version of ClinicSense:

Google Chrome:

1. Open Google Chrome on your phone
2. Navigate to the ClinicSense website
3. Log into your account
4. Click on the three dots at the bottom right of your Chrome browser
   
   
   
   
5. Select Request Desktop Site
   
   
   
   

Safari:

1. Open Safari on your phone
2. Navigate to the ClinicSense website
3. Log into your account
4. Click on the "aA" icon at the bottom left
5. Select Request Desktop Site
