If you are on a monthly subscription, you may pause your monthly payments.
Only administrators of an account can pause the monthly subscription. To pause:
- Login to your ClinicSense account
- Click on your email address in the top right corner of the screen
- Select Subscription from the drop down menu
- A window will open up with your subscription details. Click Pause Account
- Follow the prompts to pause your account
- Your account will pause starting at the end of your current billing cycle
Once you pause your account...
- ClinicSense will continue to host all of your data
- You will have read-only access to everything within your account, including client files, SOAP notes, your calendar, reports, gift certificates, and email marketing history
