Only administrators of an account can pause the subscription. To pause:
- Login to your ClinicSense account.
- Click on your email address in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Subscription from the drop down menu.
- A window will open up with your subscription details. Click Pause Account.
- Follow the prompts to pause your account
Once you pause your ClinicSense account you will lose access to your reports, calendar, gift certificate sales history, and email promotion history. You will retain access to your client files in a read-only mode.
