If on a monthly subscription, administrators of an account may pause the monthly subscription for $5/mo. Once you pause your account:
ClinicSense will continue to host all of your data.
You will have read-only access to everything within your account, including client files, SOAP notes, your calendar, reports, email marketing history, and gift certificates.
The account can be reactivated at any time.
Note: If you have an annual plan you'll first have to switch your account to the monthly billing cycle. This will create a credit on your account. The $5/mo payment for the paused account will be taken from the account credit until there is no credit remaining or until you reactivate the subscription.
You can pause your account by following these steps:
- Click on your profile image at the top right
- Select Subscription from the drop-down menu
- Click the Pause Account option at the bottom right
- Read through the message, then click on Continue
Your account will pause starting at the end of your current billing cycle.
