How to check that online scheduling is active in ClinicSense

  1. Go to Setup, then Scheduling settings
  2. On the Online Scheduling tab, check that Allow clients to book online? is set to Yes
  3. Go to Setup, then Services
  4. For at least one service's Online Scheduling, set Allow clients to book online? to Yes
  5. Go to Setup, then Practitioners
  6. For at least one practitioner's Online Scheduling, set Allow clients to book online? to Yes

Notes

  • Check these settings if your clients are seeing a We are not currently taking appointments online message
  • For each and every practitioner who's bookable online, set Allow clients to book online? to Yes
  • For each and every service that's bookable online, set Allow clients to book online? to Yes
