How to check that online scheduling is active in ClinicSense

If your clients are seeing “We are not currently taking appointments online" when they try to book online, you simply have to make sure that your online scheduling is on and that you have at least one service that you’ve marked as available to book online. To turn on online booking:
  1. Click on Setup at the top right
  2. From the dropdown, select Scheduling settings

  3. Under the Online Scheduling tab, ensure that "Allow clients to book online?" is set to "Yes"

If after making this change your online scheduling still says “We are not currently taking appointments online”, that means you don’t have any services that you’ve allowed to be booked online. To allow a service to be booked online:
  1. Go to Setup at the top right
  2. Then, from the dropdown, select Services

  3. Click the Online Scheduling tab
  4. Ensure that "Allow clients to book online?" is set to "Yes"
  5. Click the Save button
  6. Repeat the above 3 steps for each service you’d like to allow to be booked online
