How client ratings work in the Google Reviews tool

  • When a client is sent a Google Reviews email, they're asked to complete two ratings
  • The first rating is an internal score that you can track in ClinicSense, as follows
    • 1 to 6 are Poor ratings
    • 7 and 8 are Good ratings
    • 9 and 10 are Very good ratings
  • When a client leaves a Very good rating, they're asked to leave a Google review
    • They also receive the option to give you private feedback
  • When a client leaves a Good or Poor rating, they're asked to give you private feedback
    • They also receive the option to leave a Google review
