- When a client is sent a Google Reviews email, they're asked to complete two ratings
- The first rating is an internal score that you can track in ClinicSense, as follows
- 1 to 6 are Poor ratings
- 7 and 8 are Good ratings
- 9 and 10 are Very good ratings
- When a client leaves a Very good rating, they're asked to leave a Google review
- They also receive the option to give you private feedback
- When a client leaves a Good or Poor rating, they're asked to give you private feedback
- They also receive the option to leave a Google review
