Why clients might not receive text message reminders

Text reminders might not be sent if:

  • In the client's file, the Mobile Phone is blank
  • In the client's file, the Mobile Phone isn't a valid mobile phone number (i.e. it's a landline number, it's an incomplete number, etc.)
  • The client unsubscribed from SMS reminders by replying "STOP" to a previous message
  • The ClinicSense account is subscribed to the Basic plan, which doesn't include SMS reminders

Notes

  • Confirmations are always sent via email, and won't generate text messages
  • If you think there may be a technical issue with an SMS, please send the client's name, mobile phone number, appointment date, and appointment time to the Customer Support Team
  • To contact Support, use the email address associated with your ClinicSense account to submit a support request
