Guide
- If clients can't find a time that works, they can click Join the wait list
- They will choose which days and times they are available if an appointment opens up
- Once done, they'll be added to your wait list and they will receive a confirmation email
Notes
- The wait list feature currently in the testing phase, and not available to all practices; if you're interested in becoming a tester, please submit a support request
- To leave the wait list, the client can click the Remove me from the wait list link in the email they received confirming that they joined the wait list
