Submitting eligibility checks & eClaims with TELUS

Learn how to check insurance eligibility or submit a claim through TELUS eClaims directly from your invoice tab.


Before you begin

  1. The appointment must be scheduled with a TELUS-connected practitioner
  2. The client must have filled out a TELUS eClaims consent form

Submitting an Eligibility Check or Claim

  1. Open the appointment
  2. Go to the Invoice tab
  3. Click the Submit eClaim button

  4. Review the top sections to ensure the information is complete and accurate:
  5. Review the services that will be billed to insurance and make any required adjustments:

  6. At the end, choose Check Eligibility, Save as Draft, or Submit Claim.
  • Check Eligibility: Checks what the insurer will cover but does not submit a claim
  • Save as Draft: Saves your progress if you need to complete or review the claim later
  • Submit Claim: Submits the claim to TELUS for processing and sends it to the insurer
