Social media is an important tool to help potential clients discover your business. ClinicSense is integrated with both Facebook and Instagram so that you can easily add a "Book Now" button to both business pages to help turn your social media followers into booked appointments.

Things to note: 

• This integration is for Facebook and Instagram Business Pages. They do not offer this integration for personal pages.
• If you are having trouble installing the Book Now button, contact Facebook Business Extension Support.  Select “Selecting and connecting assets”  then "Page permissions".

Navigate to the Scheduling Settings page

1. Click on Setup (in the top right corner)
2. Then click on Scheduling settings in the menu
   
   

   
   
   

3. Click on Add to my Facebook and Instagram button.
   
   

   
   
   

4. A window will open describing what you can do with the integration. Click the Connect to Facebook/Instagram button. 
   
   

   
   
   

5. If you are not already logged into Facebook/ Instagram, you'll be prompted to do so. Once you are logged in make sure to follow the steps in the Facebook/ Instagram window.
