How to add ClinicSense scheduling to your social media

1. Go to Setup, then Scheduling settings
2. Click Add to my Facebook and Instagram, at the bottom of the page
3. In the pop-up, click the Connect to Facebook / Instagram button

4. Follow the on-screen prompts

When connecting to social media, please note:

• The parent company for Facebook and Instagram is called "Meta"
• Booking is only available for Meta business accounts, not personal accounts
• If there are connection problems, please contact Meta Business Extension Support
• When contacting Meta support, we recommend selecting a Topic of Connect Meta business assets and setting Tell us more to Page permissions
