Video guide
Getting started
To manage practitioners on your account:
- Click on Setup (in the top right corner)
- Then click on Practitioners in the menu
Adding Practitioners
To add practitioners to your account:
- Click the Add Practitioner button
- Enter their First and Last Name

Check the Add Practitioner box
- Click the Save button
Note: Adding practitioners slots will affect your billing. See the pricing page for details.
About
Add practitioner details, including:
- Photo
- First and Last Name
- License Numbers/Credentials and Tax ID
- Signature
Hours
Set working hours, including split shifts.
Services
Specify which services the practitioner offers.
Note: You will not see this tab until you’ve created at least one service.
Online scheduling
Customize booking preferences:
- Select if you would like to Allow clients to book online
- Limit bookings to new clients, existing clients, or both.
- Choose how availability is displayed:
- In regular intervals
- At specific times
- Only immediately before or after an existing appointment
Account
Set access permissions:
- Do not allow practitioner to login
- Allow login: Grant the practitioner access, enter their email, and set permissions. They’ll receive an invitation to create a password.
- This is me: Select if adding yourself as a practitioner.
Removing Practitioners
To remove a practitioner:
- Select the practitioner from the dropdown and click Delete Practitioner.
- Click the Delete button
Note: Past and upcoming appointments for the practitioner won’t be deleted.
Restoring deleted Practitioners
To restore a deleted practitioner, email your request including their name and email address to support@clinicsense.com.
