Can I add a second location?

Officially, ClinicSense supports one location per account.

However, we have seen customers use the following workaround effectively for businesses that have 1 or 2 practitioners but require multiple locations. 

To add another location, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Practitioners page
  2. Add yourself as a practitioner twice
  3. Name each practitioner so it's clear that they are separate locations

    Example:
    (a) First name: Judy Summers, Last name: Downtown location
    (b) First name: Judy Summers, Last name: Uptown location

  4. Set your hours to reflect when you are at each location (ensuring there is no overlap)
  5. Click on the Service tab to select the services you offer at each location

  6. Save the changes. 

Note that you can only have one physical address per account; this means that your receipts will only didisplay the location that's entered on your Location page.
