Officially, ClinicSense supports one location per account.
However, we have seen customers use the following workaround effectively for businesses that have 1 or 2 practitioners but require multiple locations.
To add another location, follow these steps:
- Go to the Practitioners page
- Add yourself as a practitioner twice
- Name each practitioner so it's clear that they are separate locations
Example:
(a) First name: Judy Summers, Last name: Downtown location
(b) First name: Judy Summers, Last name: Uptown location - Set your hours to reflect when you are at each location (ensuring there is no overlap)
- Click on the Service tab to select the services you offer at each location
- Save the changes.
Note that you can only have one physical address per account; this means that your receipts will only didisplay the location that's entered on your Location page.
