How to perform an appointment cancellation in ClinicSense

  1. From the Calendar, select the appointment
  2. On the Schedule tab, click the Cancel Appointment button
  3. Optionally, edit the Cancellation Fee, Tax, and What is the reason for cancellation? fields
  4. Optionally, select Email client confirmation of cancellation and enter complete the Would you like to include a message to the client? field
  5. Click Confirm Cancellation, when done

Notes

  • If a client cancels their own appointment online, they're receive a cancellation notification automatically and immediately.
