- From the Calendar, select the appointment
- On the Schedule tab, click the Cancel Appointment button
- Optionally, edit the Cancellation Fee, Tax, and What is the reason for cancellation? fields
- Optionally, select Email client confirmation of cancellation and enter complete the Would you like to include a message to the client? field
- Click Confirm Cancellation, when done
Notes
- If a client cancels their own appointment online, they're receive a cancellation notification automatically and immediately.
