About tipping
- In addition to the options, below, clients will be automatically asked to leave a tip when booking online with the No-show Guard™️ feature set to require a full pre-payment

Manually adding tips to invoices
- From the Calendar, select the appointment
- Click Invoice, then Add Item
- Under Description, type Tip
- Under Quantity, type 1
- Under Unit Price, type the tip amount
- Select any Taxes, then click Save in the bottom right corner
Adding tips via Square Terminal
- From the Calendar, select the appointment
- Click Invoice, then Add Payment
- Under How is the client paying?, select Charge card using Square
- Under How would you like to process the Square payment?, select Send payment to Square Terminal
- Check the Prompt customer for tip? box, then click Pay $(...)
When using the this Square Terminal "Smart Tip" feature:
- Prompting the client for a tip is always optional
- For less than $10: No Tip, $1, $2 and $3 options will be available
- For $10 or more: No Tip, 15%, 20% or 25% options will be available
- The tip will be automatically added to the ClinicSense invoice
