How to send invoices and receipts from ClinicSense

  1. From the Calendar, select the appointment
  2. Go to Invoice, on the left
  3. Click Email, in the top right
  4. The invoice will be automatically emailed to the client

Notes

  • If you'd like to add your signature to the invoice, simply click the Add Signature check box
  • To print an invoice, click Print to generate a PDF it
  • To download the invoice, click Print, then save the PDF to your device
  • Always follow applicable laws and compliance rules when downloading, uploading, or emailing protected healthcare information
