How to connect a Square account

You can connect ClinicSense directly to your Square account for easy payment processing. Doing that will give you access to a lot more of ClinicSense's amazing feature! Once you've connected to Square, you can also connect to a Square Terminal for even more functionality.

Note: ClinicSense doesn't charge any fees for payment processing through Square. However, Square may charge their own processing fees. For more information about Square's fees, please read their Fees and Payments FAQ.

Connect to Square

To connect a Square account follow these steps:

  1. Go to Setup, then Payment Settings

  2. Under Accept Credit Card Payments, click Connect to Square

  3. If you...
    • ...already have a Square account, you'll be prompted to log in
    • ...don't have a Square account, you'll be prompted to create a new one
  4. Once you've connected your Square account, you can (optionally) connect to a Square Terminal
