Gift certificate sales are available on the Grow and Pro plans and in order to sell gift certificates through your website, you must open a merchant account with ClinicSense so that we can charge the client’s credit card.
To sell a gift certificate through your website, you'll have to add the Buy Gift Certificate button to your website.
Finding the Buy Gift Certificate button code:
- Go to Sell > Gift Certificates
- Click the Options button towards the top right corner of the page.
- Click the toggle to enable online sales
- Choose if you'd like a small or large button
- Choose your preferred button color
- Copy the code we generate
- Click Save
Placing the Buy Gift Certificate button on your website:
- Login to the area where you manage your website.
- Go to the page you'd like to place the Buy Gift Certificate button.
- Choose the option to edit the "source" or "HTML" of the page.
- Paste the Buy Gift Certificate button code.
- Save
