How to edit your profile page

Your profile page is how your business is represented on ClinicSense. Your profile page is an excellent tool if you don't have a full website. It also makes it easy for your clients to book appointments or buy gift certificates.

Accessing your profile page

To access your profile page:

  1. Go to Setup
  2. Click Location
  3. Near the top right of the page, click on your profile page URL

Location on your profile

To edit your profile page's location information:

  1. Go to Setup
  2. Click Location
  3. Edit the fields to reflect your location information
  4. Optional: Use the UPLOAD LOGO button to add your custom image
  5. At the bottom of the page, click the SAVE button

Customizing your profile

To customize your profile page:

  1. Go to your profile page (see: "Accessing your profile page", above)
  2. Click the Edit Page button
  3. Select a "Color Theme" option
  4. Select a "Cover photo" option (or click "Upload Image" to add your own)
  5. Enter a "Main headline"
  6. Enter some "About you" information (up to 500 characters)
  7. Optional: Click the "Don't show my address" to hide your location information and map
  8. At the top of the box, click the Save button

Note: The "Edit Page" button won't appear if you're not logged into ClinicSense.

Conducting transactions through your profile

There are two kinds of transactions that can occur through your profile page:

  • Appointment bookings
  • Gift certificate sales

To activate these features, you'll need to adjust settings elsewhere in ClinicSense.

Appointment bookings

To accept appointment bookings through your profile page:

  1. Open your Scheduling settings
  2. Set "Allow clients to book online?" to "Yes"
  3. At the bottom of the page, click the SAVE button

Gift certificate sales

To sell gift certificates through your profile page:

  1. Go to your Sell tab
  2. Select the Gift Certificates tool
  3. Click the OPTIONS button
  4. On the SETTINGS tab, set "Enable online sales" to "On"
  5. Click the SAVE button
