This video demonstrates how to send a newsletter.
Sending a newsletter
Follow these steps to send a newsletter:
- Go to Communication
- Click on Email Newsletters
- Click the New Email Campaign button in the top right corner
- You can choose a theme for your newsletter by searching for an image or upload your own
- Enter a subject and your message
- Use merge tags in your message to add a personal touch by adding your client's first and last name in the newsletter
- Once you're ready, you can send a test email, save as draft, and send the newsletter
Note: If uploading a custom cover photo we recommend the following image resolution:
- 1300 x 480 pixels
- RGB
- 72 dpi
- PNG or JPEG
