This video demonstrates how to use Birthday Emails.

Sending Birthday Emails

To set up an email that will automatically go out on your clients' birthdays, follow these steps:

1. Go to Communication
2. Click on Birthday Emails
   
   
   
3. Toggle on Birthday Emails (located in the top right corner)
   
   
   
4. Optionally offer a promo code as a gift by clicking on the Add Promo button. 
   
   
   
5. Click on the Edit Design button to write and design your email
   
   
   
6. Once editing your design you can input your clients first name, last name, and your promo code using merge tags
   
   
   
7. Click Save & Close
   
   
   
   

Once your Birthday Emails are set up, it's totally hands-off for you. We will automatically email each client on their birthday (provided that their birthday is listed on their client file).
