If you have two files for one client, you'll want to merge those client files by following these steps: 

1. Go to the Clients page
2. Find the client who has two files
   
   
   
   
3. Click the More Options button on the top right corner
4. Select Merge client from the drop down menu
   
   
   
   
5. Follow the prompts to merge the client files
