Memos are internal notes that can't be seen by your clients. They are for things like recording client preferences, personal notes, or anything you may want to be reminded about each time that client comes in for an appointment.
Create a memo
There are two ways to create a memo. The first is through the client's file:
- Go to the Clients page
- Search for the client who you would like to add a memo for
- Switch to the Memos tab
- Click on the Add New button
You can also, add a memo when scheduling a new appointment:
- Go to your Calendar page
- Click on the calendar and choose Schedule New Appointment
- After selecting a client, you can add a memo by clicking on the plus icon
Filling out a memo
In the memo window, you can specify:

- The memo title
- The memo description
- When we should remind you about the memo
Edit a memo
- Go to the Clients page
- Search for your client
- Switch to the Memos tab
- Click the View button to the right of the memo that you would like to edit
- Edit your memo
- Click Save & Close
Delete a memo
- Go to the Clients page
- Search for your client
- Switch to the Memos tab
- Click the View button to the right of the memo that you would like to delete
- Click Delete Memo at the bottom left of the memo window
