Link ClinicSense to TELUS Health eClaims

Easily link your ClinicSense account to TELUS Health eClaims to submit insurance claims directly and streamline your billing process.

Instructions

1. Go to Setup > Payment Settings
2. Click the Link to TELUS button
3. Enter your TELUS Health eClaims account details (where to find this information)
4. Save your settings
   

Note: You will also need to connect practitioners individually after performing the above steps

Where to find required information within your TELUS Health eClaims account

First name, last name, and user ID

1. Log in to the TELUS Health eClaims portal
2. Click the icon of the person in the top right corner to see your name and user ID
   

Password

• Enter the same password you use to login to the TELUS Health eClaims dashboard

Organization Name, Organization ID and Location ID

1. Click the menu icon in the top right corner
   
2. The following menu will open, which displays your Organization name and ID
   
3. Click on Business profile
4. Your Location ID is in this section:
